ORDERING

We provide on line ordering for your convenience, however to assure that you get the products that you need, we suggest calling us if you are unsure which product fits your application, or if you have general questions.

We accept: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Postal Money Orders. COD is discouraged due to the high cost and associated documentation necessary. 

HOURS


We are open 8-5 E.S.T. weekdays and by chance outside those hours. 

SHIPPING


We attempt to ship all orders from stock within 24 hours of their receipt, holidays and weekends excluded. Please ask when placing your order All shipping charges are in addition to product price. 

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS


If your order is damaged in shipping you must make the claim to the freight carrier used when you receive your order. Document all damage or tampering in writing for the carrier. Please call us only if there are missing parts. 

PRICES


We work tirelessly to maintain our prices as listed, however, due to the ever increasing cost of materials, labor and shipping we reserve the right to change prices without notice. 

LIABILITY


Ball's Rod & Kustom, its dealers or agents shall not be held liable in any way for damages, loss, injury, or other claims resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use any of our products. Balls Rod & Kustom has no control over the usage of its products and therefore has no obligation nor liability for occurrences alleged to be result from the use or purchase of its products. You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for determining the acceptability and safety of any product(s) for use in your specific application. Our responsibility is limited to the original purchase price of the product(s) and to the original purchaser. By buying from us you agree to the above terms. 

RETURNS


All Items being returned require authorization before doing so. All accepted returned items must be accompanied by a sales receipt and a return authorization code provided by us. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. 

WARRANTY POLICY


BALL's remote control units provide an 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects. BALL's power windows and trunk lifts carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects 

All warranties are null and void if the product has been altered or disassembled in any way. A copy of invoices must accompany warranty items.
